Spreadsheets are the wrong format when the goal is read-only sharing. Recipients can change cells by accident, open hidden tabs, or render columns differently in another Excel version.
Excel to PDF locks the view. Set Print Area in Excel first — Page Layout, Print Area, Set Print Area — so only the cells you intend appear in the PDF. Upload XLSX or XLS, download PDF from our server.
Wide financial tables usually need landscape orientation. Simple lists fit portrait. If text is tiny after conversion, narrow the print area or split across fewer columns in Excel before trying again.
Review the PDF in PDF Reader before sending. Confirm totals, headers on each printed page, and that no sensitive tabs slipped into the export. Compress with Compress PDF if the attachment is heavy.
