Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RashPDF (rashpdf.com) and any of our PDF tools, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Who May Use RashPDF
You must be at least 8 years old to use RashPDF. If you are under the age of majority in your country (often 18), you may use RashPDF only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your activity on the site. RashPDF is offered worldwide. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including rules about documents, copyrights, and data protection.
Your Files & How Tools Work
RashPDF provides many tools that run entirely in your web browser. For those tools, your PDFs and images usually never leave your device, and we do not store them on our servers. Some tools require server processing (for example Office conversion, OCR, repair, or PDF/A). When you use those tools, you instruct us to temporarily process your upload to deliver the result. You should only upload files you have the right to use. Optional share links store your PDF on our servers for up to 24 hours so others can download it via a link you choose to share. You are responsible for who receives that link. You keep ownership of your documents. RashPDF does not claim intellectual property rights over your content.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use RashPDF lawfully and respectfully. You must not: • Upload malware, illegal content, or material that infringes someone else's rights • Attempt to break, overload, or scrape the service without permission • Use RashPDF to process documents you are not allowed to possess or share • Misuse share links to distribute harmful or unlawful files We may limit or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains in detail whether and how information is collected, including browser-based processing, server uploads, cookies, Google AdSense, and children's use (ages 8+). Using RashPDF means you also accept the Privacy Policy.
Advertising
RashPDF is free to use and may show advertisements, including through Google AdSense. Ads help us cover hosting and development costs. Third-party advertisers may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. RashPDF is not responsible for the content of third-party ads or external sites they link to.
Intellectual Property
The RashPDF name, logo, website design, and tool software are owned by RashPDF or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell our service as your own product without written permission. Your documents remain yours.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
RashPDF is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that every conversion will be perfect, that files will be error-free, or that the service will always be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RashPDF and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools, including loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on OCR or conversion output. You are responsible for reviewing results and keeping backups of important files.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of RashPDF after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
