What to include in a support request
Tell us which RashPDF tool you used, the source file type, the output you expected, and what happened instead. Do not attach confidential documents, passwords, payment details, or personal identification. A screenshot of a non-sensitive error message is usually enough.
For conversion or layout issues, mention your browser and device. For privacy questions, name the exact tool because some tasks run locally while advanced conversions may use the RashPDF processing service.
