POWERPOINT to PDF

PowerPoint files are risky to share when your audience has different software. Missing fonts, older software versions, and incompatible effects can all shift your layout on the recipient's machine. PDF eliminates that — every recipient sees the same slides, with the same layout, on any device.

The converted PDF preserves slide layouts, images, fonts, and themes as they appear in your presentation. Each slide becomes one PDF page. Speaker notes don't appear in the output, which is usually what you want for external sharing.

Before converting, check your slide size setting. Wide 16:9 slides produce a PDF that looks right on screens. 4:3 or A4 layouts are better for print handouts. The PDF follows whatever dimensions are set in PowerPoint.
